What is PlanetReg?
PlanetReg is a tool that helps event organizers register attendees and collect payments
How much does it cost?
PlanetReg is free for free events and $.50 + 2% per registration for paid events. The service fee will never exceed $9 for a single checkout, regardless of cost or number of registrants on that checkout.

Can I setup my event without committing to anything?
Yes. You can set up an event for free without any obligation
How do I collect payments for my event?
Through credit cards, paypal, checks or cash. You pick the methods you would like to use
Will you set up my event for me?
We sure will. Send us your form or outline and we will have you set up in no time
Does PlanetReg support non-English languages?
You may customize the registration forms to display any language
Can I accept currencies other than US Dollars?
Yes. You can accept any currency. However, if you use Paypal you are restricted to the 23 currencies that Paypal accepts.
Can I use PlanetReg for a free event?
Yes. And it will not cost you anything
Can PlanetReg handle multiple registration choices?
Yes, it can handle an unlimited amount of registration options, such as member, non-member, student, etc.
Can I offer coupon or discount codes?
Yes, you may offer both fixed price and percentage discounts
How do people find my registration page?
Each event has a custom URL that can be promoted on your website, emails or printed materials
What information can I collect from my attendees?
You may collect any information you need. PlanetReg provides you with sample questions to choose from and you can also create custom questions and sessions
How do I download my registrations to a spread sheet?
After you login and select an event, click the 'quick roster' in the blue toolbar on the right. You will see a link for a a file that can be downloaded into MS Excel or similar
How do I print badges?
Download your registrations to a spread sheet (see FAQ above) and merge into MS Word or similar. Contact us if you need detailed assistance.
Can I cancel a registration?
Yes. You can choose whether or not attendees can cancel their own registration. As well, you can cancel them through the administrative page. Refund policy is totally up to you. There are built-in options for cancellation fees. Note that the PlanetReg service fee is still assessed in the case of cancels.
For Attendees
Can I get another confirmation?
Enter your name & password in the 'Already Registered' box and you will be able to request another confirmation
How do I cancel and request a refund?
Please contact the event organizer for cancellations and/or refunds
How can I be sure I am registered for the event?
You should have received an email confirmation after you registered. You can also enter your name & password in the 'Already Registered' box and review your registration record
