The MG Associations of Limestone, Madison, and Morgan counties are delighted to host the 2026 Alabama Master Gardeners Association (AMGA) Annual Conference and Business Meeting May 6 - 8, 2026 at the Westin of Huntsville. The conference hotel is located at 6800 Governors West in Huntsville, Alabama.
The mission of the AMGA State Conference is to offer broad educational opportunities to attendees plus assist on improving and beautifying Alabama communities. The theme of the Conference is "Gardening to the Moon and Back". Note of Interest: Huntsville and the surrounding counties are recognized as leaders in science and technology associated with space travel - enjoy all the area has to offer!
Please register online for each person attending the Conference.
Guests who wish to attend Conference meals will be required to pay the full registration fee and complete a separate registration form.
PhotoPolicy: Photos are periodically taken of participants in our workshops, tours, Meet and Greet event and at the Westin facilities during this Conference. These photos are for AMGA and our local Associations use only and may be used in flyers and brochures or our websites. To Register: On-line registration is preferred. To register on-line and pay by credit card, click on the Quantity dropbox and select "1", then click on Continue.
A personal PayPal account is NOT required to register on-line. PayPal is the credit card processing service and will accept VISA and MasterCard.
Conference Registration by Mail: NOTE - you will be unable to sign-up for demonstrations, tours, and workshops if registering via mail.

Please allow two weeks to receive an email confirmation of your registration. It is your responsibility to confirm receipt of your registration. Please email alabamamga.conference@gmail.com or phone/text (256) 520-1011 if you have not received confirmation of your registration.
Please take a moment to review the following CancellationandRefundPolicy. This policy applies to all 2026 AMGA State Conference registrations, and by registering for the conference, attendees agree to comply with this policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Any 2026 Conference Registration Cancellation must be made, in writing, no later than April 15, 2026. 50% of the Registration fee will be eligible for refund. No refund will be provided for T-shirts, workshops or excursions. No refund will be provided for Conference Attendee Cancellations once the stated date has lapsed. Written request should be sent electronically to Norris Johnston at h2odocnnj@gmail.com and copied to Susan Steele at ssteele1954@yahoo.com.
Refund Disbursement: - If your cancellation request is approved, your refund, in the form of a check, will be sent to you by the state AMGA treasurer.
