WE ARE TEMPORARILY FULL! Don't panic, openings happen often. Fill out our waitlist option and you will be next in line when an opening becomes available.
We are looking for amazing vendors and exhibitors like you to join us for our 5th Lubbock-Con event, presented by the non-profit organization Lubbock-Con Ventures. Lubbock-Con is a celebration of all things pop culture. We are looking for vendors who want to sell Games, Toys, Comics, Plushees, Posters, Shirts, and anything your creative minds have imagined. Space is very limited, so put your application in early. Thank you for taking the time to review the exhibit space descriptions below and then select the option that best fits your products and needs. 

All applications are subject to a review process, and not all applications are accepted. There is a $10 non-refundable registration fee. This fee goes toward limited operation costs for our non-profit organization that is 100% volunteer operated.
PROMOTIONAL ONLY or ORGANIZATION tables are not available through this process. Please stay tuned to our social media page for information on sponsorship and promotional opportunities.

Vendor Booths- may sell commercial merchandise (comic books, board and video games, toys, t-shirts, posters, memorabilia, etc.) All booths include pipe and drape backdrop, with skirts on sides and tables. Displays must be kept within the booth’s specified dimensions.

  • 10'x10' Booth: $165 (Temporarily SOLD OUT)
    • Includes (1)8' Table, (2)Chairs, and (1)Event Badge
  • 20'x10' Booth: $310 (SOLD OUT)
    • Includes (2)8' Tables, (4)Chairs, and (1)Event Badge

Artist/Writer/Crafter Booths & Tables- may only sell merchandise that they've created, such as: freelance artwork, self-published books, homemade jewelry, crafts, etc.

Artist/Writer/Crafter Booths include pipe and drape backdrop, with skirts on sides and tables. Displays must be kept within the booth’s specified dimensions.  (SOLD OUT)

Artist/Writer/Crafter Tables are for tabletop displays only, no floor displays are allowed. No additional tables may be added to this space, but a flat art/banner display may be set-up behind the table/chairs provided it does not encroach on the walkway between the tables and is no more than 8’ wide. All artist tables are skirted. *Pipe and drape backdrop is not guaranteed behind Artist/Writer/Crafter tables.*

Add Ons (available after Booth/Table selection)
  • Additional Event Badges can be purchased for staff/employees at $6.00 per badge (max number based on Booth/Table selection)
  • ADDITIONAL BADGES WILL BE $10 AT DOOR
  • An additional Chair can be purchased at $5 per chair (subject to availability)
  • An additional 8’ Table (for Booths only) can be purchased at $10 per table (subject to availability)
  • Electrical Power can be provided to your booth/table for $25. Otherwise while power may be available in the facitily, access to it is not guaranteed

When planning your booth, we would like to remind you that any and all displays and activities associated with your booth or table must remain confined within your designated space. 

WE ARE OFFERING AN OPTION FOR UP TO (2) 10X10 VENDOR BOOTH TO BE SOLD TO THE SAME VENDOR FOR LARGER SETUPS. CORNERS, ENDCAPS, OR ISLANDS ARE NOT AN OPTION AT THIS TIME.

Submitting an application does not guarantee exhibit space at Lubbock-Con 2020.
All applications are subject to review. Lubbock-Con Ventures reserves the right to refuse any application deemed to conflict with the organization's specific purposes. If, after review by Lubbock-Con Ventures Board of Directors, an application is rejected; the applicant is entitled to a full refund, minus a $10 registration fee.

Placement of Vendor/Exhibitor space is at Lubbock-Con's sole and absolute discretion.

All Vendor/Exhibitor fees are due with application. Payments can be made by credit card or check. 

Your application will not receive a review, and space will not be reserved unless paid in full.
 
Cancellation Policy
Should any Vendor/Exhibitor find that they are unable to attend Lubbock-Con, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing by mail or email. For canceled paid applications, the refund policy is as follows:
  • 100% refund if canceled prior to November 15th, 2019.
  • 50% refund if canceled between November 16th and December 15th.
  • Any cancellation after December 15th, 2019 will result in the forfeiture of any and all payments made to Lubbock-Con and LC-V 

Vendor/Exhibitor Conduct
Lubbock-Con Ventures is a non-profit, 100% volunteer run organization. LC-V and Lubbock-Con reserve the right to refuse service to any vendor/exhibitor/artist that does not meet the professional conduct,standards, or expectations that we maintain among our own members and volunteers. If you have or will be (past, present, or future) verbally abusive, agressive, or disrespectful to any volunteers, guests, attendees, or other vendors, you will be no longer welcome to participate with current or future Lubbock-Con events.
