Registration Information

BEFORE completing this form, please e-mail DLM@ DLMuseum.org  or call the Museum  at 412-486-0563 to schedule your tour.  Your registration must be completed at least 2 weeks before your tour date.

A minum $35.00 deposit is required to confirm your program, with the balance of payment due on or before the day of the program.   You may also choose to pay the entire balance today.

(90% of your Deposit or payment is refundable, if you give at least 2 weeks notice of cancellation or change in the number of attendees)
