Please read before proceeding with registrations and/or making enquiries, even if you have entered this exhibition before, as there may have been some changes.
Entries close 11.59pm ACST on Saturday 2 November 2024

A judging panel will award seven cash prizes for the following categories:
Outdoor Prize - $6,000
Outdoor Runner-up - $2,500
Indoor Prize - $4,000
Indoor Runner-up - $1,500
Relief/Wall-hung Sculpture - $1,000
Environmental Awareness - $1,000
Youth Artist (10-17 years) - $1,000
Winners will be annouced at the Offical Opening on Thursday, 23rd January 2025
Entry fees are payable by credit card for each sculpture entered; a maximum of 3 entries per artist.
Payment structure:
Maximum 3 sculptures per artist - first entry @ $40.00, 2nd & 3rd @ $30.00.
Group sculptures:
An entry consisting of Group (same name) sculptures with the intention to sell individually (but with the same sale price per item) will incur a flat rate entry fee of $100, regardless of whether the Group Entry consists of 2-10 pieces. Maximum of 10 sculptures in the Group Entry.

Youth 10 to 17 years: Maximum 3 sculptures per Youth artist - first entry @ $30.00, 2nd & 3rd @ $10.00.
A commssion of 30% from the sale of each sculpture will be retained by the Brighton Surf Life Saving Club. Please consider this when setting a price for sculptures.
Acceptance is not automatic. After the pre-selection process in mid-November, all entrants will be advised by email of acceptance or exclusion on 6th December 2024.
All entries are exibited at the artist's risk and artist's are advised to take out insurance for the period of the exhibition.

We recommend you read the "Helpful Hints" that will help process your application and assist with any questions you may have about this registration. You will find helpful hints dotted throughout the application form.
IMAGE UPLOAD:
Along wih completing your entry form, you may supply up to three (3) images per sculpture entered.
Images are to be GIF, JPEG OR PNG files only. File must be between1-5mb.
PHOTOS/ IMAGE
IMPORTANT: During the application you will be asked to upload an image of your sculpture. Please ensure image fle names are renamed to include: surname-first name-sculpture name.jpg (or .png)
Images which have not been renamed in this manner will not be able to be matched with your entry.
Helpful Hint:
Once you have you photo\photos, the easiest way to rename your photo is to hover over the photo file, right click on your mouse and select "rename", you can then rename your file as noted above, saving to your computer.
Images are used for the pre-selection process, in the judging catalogue and potentially to promote the event on Channel 7, the website and social media.
Entry forms without accompanying images received by Saturday 2nd November 2024 may be removed and not considered for selection.
We may provide a reminder, however it's the artist's responsiblity to ensure they comply with the Rules of Entry and closing dates.
By submitting this entry you agree to these conditions and give permission for your sculpture to be photographed and used for promotion by the Brighton Jetty Sculptures Exhibition. You also agree to follow the Rules of Entry which are available on the website.
