29th Annual Update in Cardiology


 

This innovative symposium will examine many long held and new practices in the management of diseases of the heart and circulatory system. Directed by both primary care physicians, as well as specialists in cardiac care, nationally recognized faculty will address controversial issues and long held paradigms, as well as practical issues across the broad spectrum of cardiology.

Lectures will be devoted to epidemiology and cost effectiveness of treatment, standardization in the approach to clinical problems, how it improves outcomes, Mobile Health - Apps for you and your patients, adopting best practices of patient-related communications amongst physicians and how can we improve?  In addition to, translate the importance of clear intra-professional communication dealing and evaluate statin intolerance, educate about minutes of statin induced myalgias and Clinical Vignette: Verbal Orders
