Camp Information
We are looking forward to seeing your campers at Rosie's Girls this summer! Rosie's Girls is open to girls* entering 6th, 7th or 8th grade in the 2026-2027 school year.
*Rosie's Girls welcomes anyone who identifies as a girl regardless of assignment at birth. Our programs also welcome non-binary and gender expansive youth who are comfortable in a girl-centered space.

Please note the following details about this year's camps: 

• BUILD Camp will be held at Center for Technology, Essex 
• WELD Camp will be held at Central Vermont Career Center, Barre
• Both camps will be 1 week-long, full day from 8:30am-4:00pm
• Camp will include snack and lunch time. Lunch will not be provided.
• Many games and activities will occur outdoors. Campers should be prepared with sun protection and water. Projects will use power tools, lumber, and metal and require closed toe shoes and pants (leggings are not allowed). A change of clothes can be kept at camp if campers would like to wear shorts during games & activities. If your camper needs assistance with these supplies, please let us know. 
• Masks are not required. Please do not send your camper to camp if they are sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness.
• Cell phones and devices will not be used by campers during the day. If you need to reach your camper or they need to reach you, the Rosie's Girls camp phone will be available and the number will be shared with families ahead of camp. 

Tuition & Scholarship Information

Tuition for Rosie's Girls BUILD & WELD Camps is free. Vermont Works for Women is able to offer camps at no cost to participants through grants and donations. If you would like to make a donation to help support Rosie's Girls camps you can do so in this registration.

July 13 - July 17, 2026 - WELD Camp - Central Vermont Career Center, Barre
July 27 - July 31, 2026 - BUILD (Carpentry) Camp - Center for Technology, Essex

Spaces at each camp are limited. If your plans change and your camper can no longer attend, please notify us ASAP. VWW will maintain a waitlist once we reach camp capacity.
