What is Patriot Camp?
This year we will be learning about Patterns and Principles of Liberty in the establishment of America.  Kids learn best when they're having fun. Patriot Camp is a way to teach kids about the founding of our country in a day camp setting, while developing an interest in our history and love for America. We have founders, arts & crafts, snacks and games!!!  T-shirts are guaranteed if you are registered prior June 15th.

What age children can attend?
The curriculum / activities and crafts are geared toward elementary-aged students, so we are accepting Kindergarten-6th grade level children. Middle and high school students make terrific helpers, so please encourage them to volunteer.

Teen Volunteers:
Those who register as a Teen Volunteer will be invited to attend a leadership training a week or two before camp starts.
How long is camp?
The program is 3 hours for 5 days.
What is the cost?
Registration costs $65.00.
There is a $20 discount for children of volunteers. Also if you have a teenager who  volunteers, the siblings get the discount. The discount is automatic once a volunteer is added to the registration.

If you need to cancel once you have paid, there is a $20 non-refundable cancellation fee.  the final possible day to cancel is July 1st, 2026.
How should my child prepare?
The curriculum is fairly comprehensive. However, it never hurts to give your child a running start! You will find that many books, while extremely interesting and full of good information, are also very thick and can be overwhelming. An easy way to get started is to visit your local library and borrow picture books or juvenile books on your subject of interest.
They can also start preparing for the Patriot Challenge by visiting:

Why attend Patriot Camp?
Many children, especially elementary-aged, are learning very little about our country's history in school. Parents may not have learned much of our history either (or may be in need of a review). Patriot Camp involves everyone - children, parents, and the community - coming together for the common goal of educating ourselves and our children about our great nation.
