Registration Information
Registration before 3/31/2020 is $140 and $150 after the 31st. Online registration closes 4/10/2020. A registration fee of 2% plus $.50 and a PayPal processing fee of $5.00 will be added to your total. Registration includes lodging and all meals from Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast. .

When registering, please consider a donation to allow fellows to attend who might not otherwise be able to.

Scholarships
A limited number of half-price scholarships are available. Preference will be given to Central Indiana Intergroup area members, those who have never attended and those who have not received a scholarship before.

Service is a requirement of receiving a scholarship and will be determined by the co-chairs. Deadline for application is 3/1/2020. Recipients will be notified by 3/8/2020. To request an application, contact Carol L at 317-341-0309, Laura C at 317-833-7206 or Joe L at 317-797-6033.


Please Note
All meals are sugar-free and white-flour free to the best of our ability but we cannot accommodate every dietary need. If you have special dietary needs, feel free to bring your own food in a cooler; ice will be available.

FRIDAY, APRIL 17

SATURDAY, APRIL 18
Speakers, workshops, crafts, campfire, singing, free time to enjoy the beauty of Flat Rock and fellowship with friends old and new.

SUNDAY, APRIL 19
Program ends at 11:00 am

ACCOMODATIONS

Heated cabins with dorm-style bunks. NO private rooms. No smoking on premises. 
Cabins are on a hill with gravel path to the lodge where most events will take place. If you have special needs, please contact Melissa M at 317-967-0238.

WHAT TO BRING
  • Sleeping bag or bedroll including twin linens, pillow
  • Towels, washcloth, toiletries (Please avoid strong scents)
  • Jacket, clothing, shoes (2 pair), rain gear, flashlight
  • Special food requirements
  • OA literature, pens & paper
OPTIONAL
  • Insect repellent
  • Unwanted clothing and program literature for exchange
  • Camp chair with rubber tips on legs
  • Games, cards, musical instruments
  • A little extra cash for raffles, crafts and beverages
  • Fishing/Hiking gear / Binoculars for bird watching
