Thank you for choosing to be a sponsor of any or all upcoming cornerstone events of the Medical Society of Delaware.

Please complete this registration form and choose the option for your sponsorship level from the choices below. If you choose the Silver or Bronze sponsorship levels, you will be prompted to choose which events you are sponsoring further into the registration process. Form completion and payment must be done no later than Friday, October 3, 2025 to secure an exhibit space and sponsorship slot. However, for those sponsoring the Tilton Award event on October 9th, completion must be made as soon as possible.

 

Any print materials, logos, and or videos are to be sent via email to Mary.LaJudice@medsocdel.org by Friday, October 3, 2025. Submission prior to this deadline date ensures pre-meeting publicity.
