Registration Information

 

Physician members of MSD have the option of registering for our free CME transcript service.
You MUST be registered for this service in order for MSD to log your CME credits.
After registering, MSD consents to add any earned AMA PRA Category 1 credits that an MSD member submits to our database.
 
Please be aware:
This service is available for MSD Physicians Members only.
Based on your timely completion of the session evaluation for each educational event directly hosted by MSD in which you participate, MSD will automatically keep track of all of those credits for you.
You must provide MSD with the CME certificate for any additional CME credits you have earned outside of MSD hosted events. MSD is unable to log CME credit without the required paperwork and/or certificate. Each certificate must be easily readable.
 
The Medical Society of Delaware allows all MSD physician members to access their CME records online. By logging into Your Member Account (click Sign In on the MSD Home page), you will be able to retrieve and print your own CME Transcript for a date range of your choice.
Please allow up to 2 weeks following an activity for your credits to be updated in the system.
 
Note: It is important to remember that MSD does not submit CME data or transcripts to any licensing bodies or the State of DE. It is the individual physician's duty to submit transcripts and CME information.
