Lubbock-Con is celebrating its 10 anniversary in 2026!
And we would love for you to join us to celebrate this special occasion with us.

Our volunteers have been working hard to get our 10th show to be the best show yet! We will have even bigger guests, more content, and we are increasing the number of booths, to accomidate the demand of booths and more requests for bigger booths. Our prices have increased to adjust for the rising cost of running the show, but we are still the most affordable pop-culture convention in Lubbock! 
Please review everything carefully to make sure you select the option that best fits your products, needs, and for your business.
 
Purchase your space as quickly as possible, because we will sell out fast! We have been selling out earlier and earlier every year. An with this being our 10 year anniversary, you will not want to miss out.

Selling A.I. generated art is prohibited at Lubbock-Con.
As we strongly believe in supporting our artist community.

 
A.I. Generated Art will not be allowed or accepted for Vendor Booths or Artists Booth/Tables. You will be asked to provide a link to your business products or art during the application process. If you purchase graphics through a third-party vendors for your products such as, but not limited to: tumblers, t-shirts, candles, posters, art boards, stickers, etc. You are resposible to research that the images you are selling are not A.I. generated. If you are caught selling A.I. generated art, you will be given a warning to remove the items. If caught a second time, you will be asked to leave the premises without a refund of any kind. And you will not be allowed to apply to any Lubbock-Con event in the future. The decision of whether the images in question are A.I. generated or not, wil be up to Lubbock-Con's descretion. 
 
*ATTENTION FOOD, DRINK, AND SNACK VENDORS!*
No consumable items can be sold without the consent of Lubbock-Con and the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center’s approval. If you are found to be selling any consumables without permission, the applicant will have to adhere to and pay any fees that are imposed by the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center with food vendors. These consumable items include, but are not limited to: bottled water, sodas, candy, popcorn, snacks, cookies, energy drinks, gum, cotton candy, freeze-dried goods, any pre-packaged goods, etc.

VENDOR BOOTHS - may sell both commercial merchandise (comic books, board and video games, memorabilia, art, etc.) and/or items they've created. All booths include pipe and drape backdrop, with skirts on sides and tables. Displays must be kept within the booth’s specified dimensions.

  • 10'x10' Booth: $250
    • Includes (1) 6' Table, (2) Chairs, and (1) Event Badge
  • 20'x10' Booth: $450
    • Includes (2) 6' Tables, (4) Chairs, and (2) Event Badges 
  • 20'x10' Booth End Cap: $550
    • Includes (2) 6' Tables, (4) Chairs, and (2) Event Badges
*Returning this Year * SPONSOR BOOTH ADD-ON -  (LIMIT ONE PER VENDOR) - $600 - A "Vendor Sponsor Booth" is a single 10'x10' booth that can be added to any of the above listed and purchased Vendor Booths. (Ex: If you purchase a "20'x10' Vendor Booth", you can turn it into a 30'x10' Vendor Booth. Or if you purchase an "End Cap Vendor Booth", you can combine it for a wrap around corner Vendor Booth.) This Sponsor Add-On Booth will include the following:
  • One (1) - 10'x10' Booth Add-On
    • Includes (1) 6' Table, (2) Chairs
  • One (1) - Extra Event Badge
  • Eight (8) - Lubbock-Con 2026 Weekend Passes for your distribution (give to friends, family, online giveaways, etc.)
  • "Lubbock-Con Sponsor" banner will be hung at your booth for attendees to see.
  • Business name will be included as a SPONSOR on any of the following, at Lubbock-Con's discretion:
  1. Business logo added to our digital or printed programs and schedules.
  2. Business Logo added to your booth location on Exhibit Hall maps.
  3. Business logo added to select social media posts.
  4. Contest prize packs. 
  5. Buisness will be mentioned as a sponsor at events during Lubbock-Con such as Cosplay Contest, stage shows, red carpet walk, etc.
  6. Be part of the official Lubbock-Con stamp rally collection stop. â€‹ 

Please remember that this SPONSOR BOOTH is ONLY available as an ADD-ON when you purchase one of the listed VENOR BOOTHS above. ARTISTS/WRITER/CRAFTER BOOTHS & TABLES - may only sell merchandise that they've created, such as: freelance artwork, self-published books, homemade jewelry, crafts, etc.

    • Includes (1) 6' Table, (2) Chairs, and (1) Event Badge
Artist/Writer/Crafter Tables are for tabletop displays only, no floor displays are allowed. No additional tables may be added to this space, but a flat art/banner display may be set-up behind the table/chairs provided it does not encroach on the walkway between the tables and is no more than 8 feet wide. All artist tables are skirted.

ADD ONS (available after Booth/Table selection)
  • Additional Event Badges can be purchased for staff/employees at $12.00 per badge (max number based on Booth/Table selection)
  • ADDITIONAL BADGES WILL BE $20 AT CHECK-IN.
  • An additional Chair can be purchased at $10 per chair.
  • ADDITIONAL CHAIRS WILL BE $15 AT CHECK-IN.
  • An additional 6’ Skirted Table (for Booths only) can be purchased at $30 per table.
  • ADDITIONAL SKIRTED TABLES WILL BE $40 AT CHECK-IN.
  • Electrical Power can be provided to your booth/table for $50 during this application process.
  • ELECTRICAL POWER WILL BE $60 AT CHECK-IN. Facility and our reservations take priority over the use of available electrical access. Electricity will ONLY be available to those who purchase the electrical add-on option. You may NOT plug in your own provided extention cords into electrical outlets. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

When planning your booth, we would like to remind you that any and all displays and activities associated with your booth or table must remain confined within your designated space.

Submitting an application does not guarantee exhibit space at Lubbock-Con 2026.
All applications are subject to review. Lubbock-Con Ventures reserves the right to refuse any application deemed to conflict with the organization's specific purposes. We ask that your business be nerdy, geeky, gaming, cosplay, or pop-culture related or realted to that industry. No direct sales/network marketing or recruiting allowed. If, after review by Lubbock-Con, an application is rejected; the applicant is entitled to a full refund regardless of when the application was received. (Minus a $15 application fee.)

Placement of Vendor/Exhibitor space is at Lubbock-Con's sole and absolute discretion.

All Vendor/Exhibitor fees are due with application. Payments can be made by credit card ONLY through PayPal.

CHECKS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED.

No space will be reserved unless paid in full.
If your application is not completed by the deadline, you will have to apply through our Open Registration.


Event Exhibit Hall times and days are as follows:
Saturday February 21st from 10am - 6pm
Sunday February 22nd from 11am - 5pm

Load In times will be Friday February 20th, starting at 2 PM and Saturday February 21st in the morning before 9 AM. Special load-in times are available with Lubbock-Con approval.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Should any Vendor/Exhibitor find that they are unable to attend Lubbock-Con, a cancellation request must be submitted by email. Send email inquiries to: applications@lubbockcon.com

For canceled paid applications, the refund policy is as follows (Excluding a $15 application fee):
  • 100% refund if canceled prior to December 1st, 2025.
  • 50% refund if canceled between December 2nd and January 1st, 2026.
  • Any cancellation after January 1st, 2026 will result in the forfeiture of any and all payments made to Lubbock-Con and LC-V. (Special cases wil be taken into consideration.)
  The refund policy will be applied to the date of the email in which the cancellation was requested.
