  • Identify the barriers clinicians face when seeking mental healthcare such as stigma, privacy concerns, fear of licensure or credentialling repercussions
  • Describe the impact of Senate Bill 300, enacted in DE in the fall of 2023, and discuss upcoming legislative efforts
  • Identify opportunities to remove barriers at the hospital/health system level (such as credentialling applications)
