Cancellations:
Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Organizing Committee (info@philadelphiatax.org) on or before October 25, 2025 in order for registration fees to be refunded. Cancellation charges:
• Up to and including October 25, 2025: Registration fee will be refunded less $50 administration fee.
• After October 25, 2025: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.
 
Special Access and Food Requirements:
Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the attedee’s responsibility. Special dietary requests, if available, will only be accommodated through advance registration.
