This class is aimed at attorneys and doctors doing PI work. You can attend free of charge as our guest. Tax deductible donations to the American Academy of Motor Vehicle Injuries, a 50c3, are appreciated and help us to offer more classes like this as well as to continue our research on personal injury.
We will focus on the three most common items missing from documentation: preexisting conditions, causation, and permanent impairment. Documentation that lacks any one of these leaves the door open for the defense to challenge your case.
