The National Molecular Microbiology Diagnostics Users Group (NMG) is a national association of laboratorians using diagnostic methods for infectious diseases. Members are from hospital, private and public health laboratories from across Canada.

The Sixteenth Annual Fall Meeting, November 10-12, 2025 will be held on Monday November 10 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown and on Tuesday November 11 and Wednesday November 12 at the Peter Gilgan Centre for Research and Learning in Toronto, ON.
Planned for this meeting is to present proficiency activities throughout the last year, troubleshooting, current molecular testing issues, and to share updates on new technologies, assays, and instrument platforms through industry-sponsored workshops.

  • September 18, 2025 - Travel Grant Application Deadline
  • October 1, 2025 - Travel Grant Confirmation
  • October 31, 2025 - Early registration deadline. Any registrations after this date will incur a late registration fee.
Travel Grant Details:
Please note, if you are applying for a travel grant, the following conditions need to be met:
  • You will attend BOTH days of the conference.
  • You must register for a ticket before September 18, 2025 and select that you would like to apply for a travel grant in the registration form. The application form will be sent to you within 2-3 business days.

REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS:
Registration includes access to the Monday evening reception at the DoubleTree and to all educational programs on Tue and Wed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Request for cancellation must be sent by email to the NMG office (nmg@eventsmgt.com) on or before November 1, 2025.
  • An administration charge of $25 will apply to all refunds.
  • No refunds will be provided after November 1, 2025.
