Welcome to the 2024 Wings Over Willapa Registration

You can use the site to register yourself and one other person for the Wings Over Willapa festival. We encourage you to have a list of events that you will select.

You can view complete descriptions of all the festival events from the Wings Over Willapa website.

When you have completed the registration process you will be given the opportunity to confirm your selections (for yourself and one other). After confirming your choices, you will not be able to make any changes to your schedule using the registration site. You can make changes by contacting the Wings Staff and we will make any the changes directly but we would urge you to be prepared when you register to avoid this process. The registration site will allow you to make any changes as needed for your contact information.

Troubleshooting tips:
Unfortunately trips may fill up during the registration process.  This happens to a small number of people every year.  If your first choice(s) fill up during the registration process, then you will get the following message when you try to complete registration:
"Due to low inventory levels, there now is insufficient inventory to complete your request for the indicated items. Further action on the indicated fields is required before completing this request."
If this happens, click the “Edit” button, and it will take you back to your registration to make another selection (go to the field that says Inventory Deficiency Here).  IMPORTANT: If you exit or use the back arrow instead, you will need to start your registration from the beginning.
