Cancellation Policies, Transfer / Rollover Policies and Removal Policies
On or before October 1, 2026
Anyone wishing to cancel their registration to Project 72 on or before October 1, 2026, is eligible for a refund of their fee paid, minus a $27 cancellation fee.
After October 1, 2026
After October 1, 2026, no refunds of any kind will be issued to those individuals who need to cancel their registrations.
Combined Project 72 / Fulcrum Packages
Due to the combined nature of this promotional packet, no refunds of any kind will be issued to anyone purchasing the Project 72 / Fulcrum pass at any time.
Child Registration Cancellation
Due to the deeply discounted nature of child passes to Project 72, these passes are not eligible for refunds.
Registration Transfers
Anyone wishing to transfer their registration to another individual may do so up until November 3, 2026. As of Novermber 4, 2026, no transfers of registrations will be accepted. Please note that the person taking over the registration from the first individual is subject to a $27 processing fee before being allowed to fully accept the registration transfer.
Registration Rollovers
Due to abuse at other FLOATiverse events in the past, Project 72 will not allow anyone to rollover their registration to a future event.
Removal from the Event
Project 72 management reserves the right to remove a registered attendee from the event without any expectation of refund or benefit under the following circumstances:
A. The individual exhibits abusive and/or violent behavior towards anyone in attendance at the event. This can include but is not limited to comments regarding race, religion, sexual preference, gender and the like directed towards an individual as well as physical acts of assault of any kind.
B. The individual attempts to assist and/or conceal other individuals trying to enter the event without paying for access to Project 72.
C. The individual appears to be visably intoxicated either through alcohol or drugs, regardless of legality in the state of Pennsylvania.
D. The individual is found to have attempted to steal from a vendor or sponsor participating in the event.
E. The individual is found to have abused hotel policies and is being or has been evicted from their room.
F. The individual is found to be vending products or services from their hotel room without being part of the formal vending supporters at the event.
