Event Details

Project 72 is a bold and original concept for the professional balloon entertaining industry. 

From 12:00 PM on Friday, November 6th, through 12:00 PM on Monday, November 9th, we will host a three-day in-person event where activities, classes and social interaction will take place for seventy two (72) consecutive hours. 

And yes, individuals pre-registered for Project 72 will only pay $72 to attend the event.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your sponsorship or promotional / vending tables, you are eligible for a 50% refund of all fees as long as you can cancel your involvement on or before September 26th, 2026 (which is 72 days prior to the start of the event.)

After September 26th, 2026, cancellations of sponsorships or promotional tables / vending tables are not subject to any refund of any kind.
