Registration Information

Study Weekend registration includes Friday night snacks and mothing; Saturday field trip, and dinner; Sunday field trip.  Registration does NOT include lodging or meals other than Saturday night dinner.  You must make your own arrangements for lodging and all other meals.  Breakfasts and lunches are on your own.  Please plan on carrying plenty of water on field trips.

Please note that children 12 and under may attend the study weekend free of charge if accompanied by an adult registered for the conference. 

Payment is by credit card or PayPal.  If you wish to pay by check, please make your check payable to Washington Butterfly Association and mail it to:  WBA, PO Box 31317, Seattle, WA 98103.  You will receive confirmation by email.  

All field trip participants will be required to sign a release and liability waiver and minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  Please note that no collecting is allowed on any WBA field trip.
