Registration Information
During the 2025 Artwalk season food trucks/ vendors will be limited to 10 vendors.  Once those spots are filled, registration will be closed. ArtWalk agrees to provide ample space but vendor is responsible for everything else including garbage removal/trash receptacles. 

We cannot supply electricity: please be prepared with your own generator.

FEES: $100

Due to changes in composting regulations we are working with the City of Longmont and Eco-Cycle to keep our event as eco-friendly as possible.
Visit Changing Compost Guidelines - Eco-Cycle (ecocycle.org) for more info. For ArtWalk we will continue to provide recycling, compost and trash bins, but only food scraps and yard trimmings will be accepted into compost. We will update food vendors on any ways to decrease their impact on the environment and thank you for working with us!

Please make sure that you get permission from Firehouse staff prior to paying fees.

Registration fees are nonrefundable. Artwalk is a rain or shine event!!!

Setup begins at 2:30pm, the event begins at 4pm. Please be ready for visitors at 4pm. Late arrival will affect your future booth eligibility. The events end at 8pm and the streets must be clear of any debris, tents, tables, supplies, and people (!) by 9pm to reopen to traffic. 

Food Trcks will be located on West Side of Main 4th Ave and East Side of Main 5th Ave.

Event Details
ArtWalk 2025 is scheduled for September 13, from 4pm-8pm. Set up for trucks can be anytime from 2:30pm-with tear down no later than 9pm. Vending location will be given no later than 1 week prior to each event. 

*Please be advised that applicants must first email Firehouse staff to get approval for booth rental.  Registration is non-refundable.
