OEMC 2025 Conference

The 2025 Ontario East Municipal Conference (OEMC)is in person only from Wednesday, September 17 to Friday, September 19, 2025 at the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre providing easy access and great facilities for participants and exhibitors with close proximity to Highway 417 and VIA Rail Ottawa.

One connected location! The accommodations are connected directly to the meeting space! You can walk directly from the convention floor to your room! Rooms are only available for booking until August 16, 2025. Limited rooms available – please book as soon as possible to reserve your room!

*Ontario East membership is accorded to the individual. However, Ontario East is pleased to extend the membership registration rate to any employee of a municipality or organization with at least one employee with an individual Ontario East membership.

1FULL REGISTRATION includes:  1 ticket to the Wednesday President’s Reception, 1 ticket to Thursday onsite Banquet, breakfast Thursday and Friday,  lunch Wednesday and Thursday, access to exhibit hall and all educational sessions. 
 
2SINGLE DAY REGISTRATION
Only one day may be attended at single day registration rates – attendance on multiple days requires full registration. Single day registrations will be available on a space permitting basis and may be closed at any time.

• Thursday registration includes: Breakfast, Lunch, and access to exhibit hall and all educational sessions on Thursday, September 18.

Terms & Conditions of Registration
Before proceeding with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
 
All participants must register through this online registration form. Payment via the online payment system is recommended to ensure your selections are confirmed.
 
Cancellations:
Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the OEMC Conference Office (oemc@ontarioeast.ca) on or before July 1, 2025 in order for registration fees to be refunded. If you have been invoiced but not paid the fees, you are still liable to pay the cancellation charges below:
 
• Up to and including July 1, 2025: Registration fee will be refunded less $50 administration fee (plus applicable taxes).
• After July 1, 2025: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.
 
Changes to Registration
Any changes to your registration must be made in writing and sent by email to the OEMC Conference Office (oemc@ontarioeast.ca) 
Special Access and Food Requirements:
Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the delegate’s responsibility. Special dietary requirements can only be accommodated through advance registration.
