Registration includes meals (3 on Saturday & 2 on Sunday) plus snacks (2 on Saturday).
In an effort to keep costs reasonable for everyone, we are relying on Hospitality Sponsors this year. We are offering varying levels of sponsorship to cover costs for translators and costs associated with attenders that are 18 and under. We would greatly appreciate your consideration!

*With virtual, you will have access to certain events during the weekend.

Please note: 
On campus lodging is the most affordable housing in the Glenwood Springs area.  No lodging will be available on campus after the June 30th deadline.  
You will need to secure your own hotel or campground after that date. 

On-Campus lodging

Rooms on campus are available for $85/ night.

They sleep 2 (XL twin beds).

Each room has a private bathroom.


PLEASE  BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:   Bedding, towels, toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, etc.), and sleeping pillow(s).

Children are allowed to share the room with parents. Please bring your own bedding (portable cribs, sleeping bags, etc.)

Tentative Schedule
Thursday, July 31
There is an option to secure on-campus lodging beginning on Thursday, July 31st.
There is no programming scheduled until Friday evening.
Meals will be on your own until Saturday.

Friday , August 1st
3 pm  Check-in and set-up begins

Check-in continues
7-9pm On-campus welcome party with cake and ice cream!

You are welcome to stay and mingle, walk trails, etc. There is an option for lodging on Sunday night too, for those that wish to enjoy the Western Slope another day.
