Transition Planning from Elementary to High School
During the transition from elementary to high school, students with ASD are expected to manage multiple developmental and educational changes. This workshop will describe how these major changes apply to transition planning and concludes with various in-person and virtual transition planning strategies to support students with ASD.
Audience: This workshop is for employees of BC School Districts and Independent Schools.
