Effective Transition Planning into Adulthood for Autistic Youth Virtual 1-hour POPARD Family School Liaison Workshop

Transitions are a natural part of life, but they may be difficult for people with ASD. Planning for the transition into adulthood can help make this important shift manageable for both families and youth with ASD. This session will:
Help families develop an understanding of school-based planning for transition
Provide resources through school and community to support a successful transition

Audience: This training is primarily intended for parents and families of students who are on the Autism spectrum, however educators and other professionals may attend
This FREE 1-hour workshop will include 45 minutes of content and 15 minutes of Q&A
