Every registration includes:

ATTENTION IPAC MB MEMBERS: To receive the members-only discounted conference rate, please register for the "Full Conference" and enter the discount code when prompted during registration. The discount will be applied at the checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
ATTENTION STUDENTS: To receive the student conference rate, please contact Jennifer Regier at jregier2@nrha.ca and request a discount code (you will need to provide valid student ID). Once you receive this discount code, please register for the "Full Conference" and enter the discount code when prompted during registration. The discount will be applied at the checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Please note that discount codes cannot be combined (i.e., you cannot use both the student discount code and the IPAC MB Member discount code for the same registration).
Cancellations/Refunds: No refunds for cancellations will be accepted past May 29, 2026 except if you are feeling sick on the day of the conference. If you are feeling sick, please stay home and email jregier2@nrha.ca before June 7, 2026 for a full refund.
