Information Session: Transition Planning: How to Prepare for Big Changes
Transitions are a big part of life & affect all of us. Planning ahead for big & small changes can help make these transitions easier & more manageable for our children/ students with ASD.
This workshop will help parents/caregivers & educators/ community members to develop a better understanding of:
Addressing significant transition milestones in your child’s school life such as grade-to-grade, elementary-to-secondary school, and secondary school to adulthood transitions.
Discussing in-school supports and resources for school transitions
Discussing community supports and resources for school transitions
This FREE 1-hour virtual workshop will include:
45 minutes content
15 minutes Q&A
