Note: Registration closes 24 hours prior to class.

Thank you for registering for YCCAC's Homebuyer Education class (see details below). You may pay via credit card or PayPal. If your payment doesn't go through contact PayPal for assistance.

This class will take place at YCCAC's main office in Sanford. Further instructions will follow prior to class.

If you are unable to attend the class, you may transfer your registration to a future class. (See contact info below.) Refunds of 50% will be issued for requests received at least 10 days prior to the original class (no exceptions).

Whether you are registering as an individual or a couple, select "1" for quantity in the drop-down menu. "Couples" must be planning to buy a home together - otherwise register as an individual to obtain your own Certificate of Completion.

Class Details

Class will take place on Wednesday, March 18, from 9:00am to 5:30pm. The location is 6 Spruce Street in Sanford, ME. You will receive an email with instructions several days before the class. (Make sure to check your spam folder!) Please note the following:
  • Class will start on time! Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time.
  • Bring plenty of snacks, lunch, and water. It's a long day!
  • Dress in layers as the temperature in the room may vary.
  • We are not set up for childcare so please make other arrangements.
