2024 Registration Information

Symposium rate consists of Wednesday-Sunday

Weekend rate consists of Friday-Sunday

Nursing MS Student rate applies to those enrolled Spring or Summer 2024. Verification must be provided upon request. 

Optional Registration Items available with registration.- Rocky Mountain Retreat ($400), Workshops ($110), Syllabus ($135) and Thumb Drive ($15) 
 
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations on or before June 15, 2024 are fully refundable less a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations after June 15, 2024 are non-refundable, however substitutions are allowed. Cancellations for optional registration items such as the Rocky Mountain Retreat and workshops are non-refundable after July 12, 2024.
