Registration Information. 
The EPWC Holiday Celebration will be held on December 11, 2025 from 3:00-5:00 pm at three host homes, all located on Pebble Creek Drive. This celebration is open to all EPWC members and there is no limit on the number of people who can register. You will receive a guest roster for the host home that you have been assigned to about a week before the gathering. The roster will include the name and address of your host home, the full list of guests assigned there and also your food or wine assignment. The roster will also include the names and addresses of the two other host homes. Please register only once and only for yourself. The theme for the gathering is Christmas, so pull out that Christmas sweater or scarf and get into the holiday spirit. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available at all homes.

Event Details

Please bring your own beverage glass for your use. Carpooling or walking is encouraged. Parking is available on the street and in the driveways. Holiday themed appetizers are encouraged. This gathering begins at 3 pm and ends at 5 pm. Plan to arrive promptly. On the next page of this registration, you will be required to read and acknowledge the EPWC Alcohol Release of Liability waiver. Our liability insurance requires all members who attend an EPWC activity in a private home where alcohol is available for consumption, to read and acknowledge the waiver. We understand that some members do not consume alcohol and will not do so at this gathering, but we appreciate your cooperation with the waiver process.
