Saturday will include special programming specifically for Older Girl Scouts
Sunday with the option to stay overnight one (1) to two (2) nights
Option 1: Sunday only Option 2: Saturday evening (after 5 pm) through Sunday Option 3: All day Sunday through Monday morning
Option 4: Saturday evening (after 5 pm) through Monday morning
Older Girl Scouts have the option to lead a rotation where they will teach younger scouts a craft, activity, or skill.
MEALS: All meals are included in the price and there is no discount if you choose not to eat the provided meal.
All Health History Forms and Permission Slips are Due NO LATER than January 9th via epgirlscoutevents@gmail.com.
If paying by CHECK for camp, payment must be submitted by January 9th.

REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR BOTH ADULTS AND GIRLS ATTENDING - WE NEED A TOTAL OF ADULTS AND GIRLS FOR EACH TIME SLOT YOU WILL BE AT CAMP.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
All adults attending camp MUST BE registered as an Adult Member of Girl Scouts.
At least one leader of each Troop attending must be CPR / First Aid Certified (required training must be achieved by December 31st).
ALL TROOPS must adhere to the Girl Scout Adult-to-Girl ratios guidlines for the number of adults attending camp and transporting girls to and from EPWF Camp.
All Troops attending camp must have a Volunteer present at the "Pre Camp Meeting" at 6:30 prior to the January leaders meeting.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If your Troop cancels your entire reservation PRIOR to December 31, 2025, you will receive a FULL refund. There are exceptions, so please reach out to the PSWF Camp Planning Committee for guidance.
You will not be penalized for adding or taking away a girl here or there prior to camp.
If you register and pay and we cannot accomodate your troop's lodging, we will receive a full refund.
