Drop-off Deadline:  10/06/2020
Bikes will be delivered in Louisville on Friday 10/09/2020. Details for bike pick up and locations will be emailed 30 days prior to this event. All bikes will be fully assembled, including pedals and individually racked. Drop off location options are in TEXAS, Oklahoma and Louisianna ( minimum number of bikes is 5 in Louisianna ) drop off location options are listed in the enrollment page.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
• Up to 45 days prior to your event, you may be refunded the full amount minus a $25 fee.

• From 45-30 days prior to your event, you may be refunded the full amount minus a $75 fee.

• 30 days prior to your event you forfeit your total purchase of this event. At any time, you may cancel and receive credit towards another confirmed race!.If an event is cancelled or moved your bike transport will be moved over to another event of your choosing for which we have confirmed bike transport.
