Transition Planning: How to Prepare Your Child for Big Changes
Planning ahead for big life changes can help make these transitions easier and more manageable for our children/students with ASD. This workshop will help families to develop a better understanding of:
How schools may be starting to plan for significant transition milestones in your child’s school life such as grade-to-grade, elementary-to-secondary school, and secondary school to adulthood transitions.

Audience: This training is primarily intended for parents and families of students who are on the Autism spectrum, however educators and other professionals may attend
This FREE 1-hour workshop will include 45 minutes of content and 15 minutes of Q&A
