This is a joint MSTA/BMWRA event. Non-members are also welcome.
Discounted early registration for club members will be open until May 22, 2024. After that the registration fee will be $40 for everyone. The on-site registration fee will be $40. CASH or CHECK ONLY ON-SITE. Since this is a joint MSTA/BMWRA event, the MSTA coupons will NOT be accepted, There will be no refunds for cancellation after the May 22, 2024 date.
A block of rooms and cabins have been set aside for for the event. Standard (2)queen and king rooms will be $99 per night (plus taxes/fees). Balcony rooms will also be available at a higher cost. 2-3-4 bedroom cabins and 4-bedroom cottages will also be discounted. Information on them can be found on the event website. The discounted rates are good only until May 22, 2024. All unreserved rooms at that date will be relased to the general public. Camping is available within the park in a designated area on a 1st come-1st served basis. Check with the park for rules regarding the camping area. Your rally fee includes a Tuesday evening cookout at the lodge with no additional charge!
There are two restaurants on site in the lodge. ALL meals (other than the Tuesday evening cookout) will be on your own, there will not be any meals included in your room or cabin charges. There are other restaurants close to the park. There is fuel available 3 miles north of the park entrance.
There is a bike wash station on site by the lodge.
There will suggested routes available for both on-road and adventure/DS riding. The routes will be available on the event website and there will be some GPS help at the event. Best to download the routes before you get there.
