Registration Information
Celebrating 34 Years of Excellence in Dance Education
 
We are thrilled to invite you to join us for our 34th dance season at Crystal's School Of Dance! To register for your desired classes for the 2024-2025 Dance Season, please fill out one registration form per student.  Your registration is not complete until you have submitted the form(s) and have paid via paypal.  Current students in good standing have priority registration from 8/03/2024 at 8:00 AM until 8/10/2024 at 8:00 AM when registration is open to all.  

After filling out the informational section and answering several questions, you will then choose the classes for that dancer/registrant by clicking all options that you desire for that specific dancer/registrant.  Please note that there is a limited number of dancers/registrants per class and that you are not guaranteed the spot(s) in any class(es) until registration is complete including payment via PayPal.  You do not need a Paypal account to utilize the Paypal payment page.  You will be taken to the payment page by clicking continue on the payment page on this site after filling out your form(s).  

For each class, there will be two options:  1) In-Person and 2) Waitlist:  Choose the waitlist option if you the class is sold out but you are interested if space opens up and/or a new section is offered.  Placement will be offered to waitlisted students in order of registration date/time.  (If you are interested in virtual options, please email us at crystalsschoolofdance@gmail.com). 
 
*Please note:  Our classes are broken down by age as of 9/01/2024 but please note that age is not always the best nor the final determinant and is only a guide in placement.  If a student does not have dance experience and/or you are unsure of placement, please email us at: crystalsschoolofdance@gmail.com.  It is always best to start in a lower aged group and, if needed, be moved up versus the opposite. Please note that CSOD has the final approval on class placements.  We also utilize the first few classes to make sure that everyone is in the proper section and adjustments may be made at that time.  Thank you.
 
Once submited, you will receive a confirmation from PlanetReg letting you know that your online registration has been received.  Please be sure that you have paid your registration fee(s) via PayPal for the registration process to be complete.  Before classes begin, you will receive an email confirmation directly from Crystal's School of Dance with additional details.

2024-2025 Student     $35.00
 
Registration Fee
 
The registration fee is $35/student. Please be sure to fill out one "form" per student.  Registration is not complete until the registration fee is paid via PayPal.  The registration fee is non-refundable and is not a part of any tuition payment.  Regular Group Tuition payments are separate and are due in 9 installments (2 up front in Sept; and then 1/month Oct-April).  Session Tuition payments are due in 3 installments per session.  

SAVE 10% by paying your annual tuition in full by Sept. 30, 2024.
