May 30: Turning Fear into an Ally, becoming resourceful in conflict, some basic moves
June 6: Verbal self defense, de-escalation, assertiveness, and non violent communication, more movement.
June 13: Physical self defense, avoidance, evasion and escape, stress testing basic movements
