Vendor Booth Application
Registration is open for the 2020 season! The events are on Saturday from 4-8pm. We encourage other nonprofits and local businesses to participate in our event(s) and to use our event to meet the public and market to our attendees.
Register for a booth here if you are a local business or non-profit organization seeking to engage visitors at the event.
All registration fees are non-refundable.
ArtWalk does not provide tents or tables for vendor booths. We advise that booths be constrained to a 10ft X 10ft footprint: if you need a larger space you must let us know so that we can arrange proper spacing. YOU MUST PROVIDE HEAVY WEIGHTS FOR YOUR TENT.
You must have a sales tax license to sell anything during ArtWalk.
Artwalk does not allow booth sharing-each business/nonprofit will need to register for separate tent space.
Please Note: electricity cannot be guaranteed. If you are requesting electricity, include your request and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

-non-profit status must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are applying as non-profit.
We will email you with detailed instructions for your booth's location no later than 1 week prior to each event.
Setup begins at 3pm, the event begins at 4pm. Please be at your booth and ready for visitors at 4pm. Late arrival will affect your future booth eligibility.
The events end at 8pm and the streets must be clear of any debris, tents, tables, supplies, and people (!) by 9pm to reopen to traffic.
