Our Annual Meeting program will be presented virtually this year. There will be no formal Inaugural Gala event.
Tuesday, November 17
6:00 p.m. - Annual Meeting of the Council
All members of the Medical Society of Delaware are welcome to participate. Council members are strongly encouraged to participate.
The first 40 Council Meeting registrants who register by November 1, 2020, will receive a "Swag Care Package" mailed to their home address. Please be sure to provide your home address further along in the registration process.
Wednesday, November 18
6:00 p.m. - Annual Meeting of the MSD Holding Company Board of Directors
This meeting is for the members of the MSD Holding Company Board of Directors only.
Thursday, November 19
6:30 p.m. - Education Program
"Medical Implications of Climate Change"
Open to anyone interested in participating. Non-members will be charged a modest registration fee.
In the event a paid registrant cancels his/her registration for the Annual Meeting, refunds are granted as follows, per MSD policy. If notification of cancellation is received:
Day of or prior to the registration deadline of Friday, November 13, 2020, a full refund will be provided.
Day of or prior to Monday, November 16, 2020, a 50% refund will be provided.
Tuesday, November 17, 2020, no refund will be given.

The Medical Society of Delaware is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Medical Society of Delaware designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
It is the policy of the Medical Society of Delaware to comply with the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support of Continuing Medical Education. In keeping with these standards, all faculty participating in continuing medical education activities provided by MSD are expected to disclose to the activity audience any real or apparent conflicts of interest related to the content of their presentations.
This activity may be supported by grants that will be disclosed at the event.
The target audience for this activity is physicians and other health care professionals.
