Welcome! All classes are conversational and practical, from the comfort of your home.* Notes: Classes are 1-1.5 hours long, and some classes are just for women or just for men. Please plan to be on time for your class. Participants will not be admitted after 10 minutes in courtesy to other participants and instructors. All classes are free, and new class dates are added to the schedule every few weeks.  Online participants will receive a registration confirmation email with all login information and materials. All classes are online except Baby Bonding which is held at the location indicated with the date.
