PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Please note: Payments are non-refundable.

Failure to select an alternate class within one year or failure of providing notification before 48 hours of the class or failure to appear to class will result in loss of payment.
ehomeAmerica
eHomeAmerica is an online self-navigated course, which you can take at your convenience. It offers more flexibility in completing the homebuyer course. It is a national platform and costs $100 per person. It includes a phone conference of up to 60 minutes, following the web modules, to certify that the course has been completed.
(This course meets the educational requirements for the Advantage Grant, and Maine Housing Loans.)
Talk to your lender about applying the $100 cost of the course toward closing cost.
Framework
Framework meets the requirements for Fannie Mae HomeReady mortgages. You can complete the course online at your leisure, and receive a certificate.
(This course does not meet the requirements for the Advantage Grant, and Maine Housing Loans.)
Talk to your lender to find out which course fits your mortgage requirements.
