Homebuyer Class Schedule 2024
Classes sometimes fill up, and registration closes 24 hours before class. Don't delay registering for a class!
This hoMEworks Homebuyer Education class provides a thorough overview of the homebuying process. The class schedule is below. The registration fee is $30 per person, $50 per couple, payable via credit card or PayPal.
Please note: Qualifying for a mortgage is based in part on income, and home prices in Maine have risen significantly in the last few years. If you'd like more information about qualifying for a mortgage before registering, feel free to contact the Homebuyer Ed Coordinator (see contact info below).
REFUND POLICY: Refunds of 50% will be issued for requests received at least 10 days prior to the original class (no exceptions).
The registration form includes demographic information that is required by our funders -- HUD and ME State Housing Authority -- for statistical purposes only. YCCAC upholds strict confidentiality standards and will never share personal or demographic information with any additional entities without your permission.
