*Sponsor Registration is for sponsor attendees with a free registration code provided by the organizing committee. The fee will be adjusted when the coupon code is entered on the next page.
 
Cancellations:
Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Organizing Committee (info@cangct.ca) on or before November 30, 2026 in order for registration fees to be refunded. Cancellation charges:
• Up to and including November 30: Registration fee will be refunded less $50 administration fee.
• After November 30: No refunds on registration fees will be made. Substitutions can be made.
 
Special Access and Food Requirements:
Please list essential special food requirements only. In general, choice of food is the attedee’s responsibility. Special dietary requests, if available, will only be accommodated through advance registration.
