About our courses:
Live classes are 8 hours in length for class time.
Classes allow students to earn a certificate to present to a bank or other lender that can help qualify for certain first-time home buyer rates and programs. All courses are designed to help students get all questions answered without feeling obligated to buy a home or work with a particular professional.
PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Please note: Payments are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend the scheduled class, you must notify KVCAP at housing@kvcap.org at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. Your payment will be held for one year for you to attend another class within that year. Failure to select a different class within one year, or failure to provide notification of not being able to attend a minimum of 48 hours before the course will result in loss of payment.

Information is collected and aggregated for funders such as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, which support KVCAP's work and the ability to offer courses such as this one.
