Program Information:
Blazer Academy is back for 2014! We are excited about the variety of classes and new changes for this year. Please take a moment to review the class information and new sign up process before January 22, 2014.

NEW CHANGES:
• The program is 6 weeks, instead of 5 weeks
• The sign up process is now online (see details below)
• Each class will cost $30 this year due to an additional week of classes (Additional materials fee for some classes, if applicable)

Enrollment:

Enrollment will occur online beginning
January 22, 2014 at 7:00 PM and close on January 29, 2014 at 11:59 PM. Enrollment is limited for each class and is determined by the instructor. Classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Below is information to assist with the online registration process;

• Please complete each field
• You must register each child individually
• Each class is listed as the class name, grade levels, teacher and additional cost, if applicable; (ie. Perler (1st-3rd) - by LN ($10.00). Please refer to the attached list when choosing and registering for your class/es
• You will have 20 minutes to compete your registration,including payment, per login
• Payment options include; credit card, Paypal or check


Please note: Class selections have been changed/updated recently. Before registering, kindly review new class information (e.g. Rainbow loom class on Monday), updates to the existing selection and age criteria. If class is full; please sign up for wait list by clicking WAIT LIST ONLY drop down box provided for each day.

Event Details
Date/Time: Classes will begin the week of February 3, 2014 and end the week of March 10, 2014 for a total of 6 weeks. Classes begin at 3:30 PM and end promptly at 4:30 PM. The week of March 17, 2014 will be a makeup week for any classes that were missed due to inclement weather. Classes on Monday, February 17, 2014 will be made up on Monday, March 17, 2014.

PICK UP POLICY – Children must be picked up immediately after the program ends at 4:30 each day outside the Blue Doors. Parents need to make arrangements for their child to be picked up promptly. If a child is picked up late, a warning will be issued. After 2 warnings, your child will be asked to leave the program as we cannot expect our instructors to commit beyond the allotted time. Tuition will not be reimbursed. Students that attend the After School Program will be escorted from the Blazer Academy classroom to the cafeteria. Please inform the school and the After School Program. If your child is leaving with another adult, other than the designated adult for pickup, please send a note to the class instructor.


STUDENT BEHAVIOR – We would like every child's experience in our program to be a positive learning experience. Please be advised that all children must follow the same behavioral policy as during the regular school day at Bridge Valley. If for any reason your child has behavioral issues, you will be contacted. If your child continues to have behavioral issues after the first warning, he or she may be asked to leave the program without a refund.
