Early Bird Registration through May 2, 2025:

Late Guest registration ($300) is for spouses/significant others and children 13+
  • Meals (lunch on Wednesday, dinner Thursday, and breakfast on Friday)
  • Bingo! (Thursday after dinner)
     Teambuilding activities are an additional fee
  • Bowling $50
  • Golf $70 
  • Fishing $200
*Space for fishing is limited and fills up quickly; priority will go to attendees.


No refunds for cancellation after May 31. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for all canceled conference registrations prior to May 31. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing and e-mailed to plaporte@gsu.edu.

Book your room before May 2, at the Sea Palms Resort. 
  • Single/Double rooms are $209/night + taxes
  • Check in is at 4pm, checkout at noon
