Homebuyer Class Schedule 2025
Classes sometimes fill up, and registration closes 24 hours before class. Don't delay registering for a class!
This hoMEworks Homebuyer Education class provides a thorough overview of the homebuying process. The class meets the educational requirements of several mortgage programs that offer special terms such as grants for closing costs and reduced interest rates. (The class alone does not provide direct financial assistance.)
The class schedule is below. The registration fee is $45 per person, $80 per couple, payable via credit card or PayPal.
Please note: Qualifying for a mortgage is based in part on income, and home prices have risen significantly in the last few years. If you'd like more information about qualifying for a mortgage before registering, feel free to contact the Homebuyer Ed Coordinator (see contact info below).
The registration form includes demographic information that is required by our funders for statistical purposes only.
