Join LGS at our 2018 LGS Users Conference coming to the Omni Mandalay Hotel and Conference Center in Las Colinas, Texas.

What Is It All About
We offer integrated learning over 1 1/2 days that is focused around your job and your software.  Along with detailed and informative trainings, attendees will have time to openly visit with the LGS Staff, share applicable experiences with peers, and learn how to maximize the efficiency of their software.   Break-out sessions will offer a vast assortment of product specific educational training topics and collaberative brainstorming, in addition to technology advancements available by LGS and our group of affiliated Information Capital Enterprises. 

Who Is It For
The LGS Experience is designed for our users and their support staff.   This encompasses all individuals in the following offices: County or District Clerk, County or District Attorney, Justice of the Peace, Municipal Courts, County or District Judge, Court Coordinator.

What Does It Cost
There are different options depending on your rooming preference and if you intend to bring your spouse. All prices include
  • Hotel accommodations ($310 value) which includes:
    • 2 Nights stay in a 4 star hotel
    • Parking
    • Turn-down service
    • Morning coffee/tea delivery (upon request)
  • Conference Registration/Materials ($220 value) which includes:
    • 5 Meals (2 Dinners, 2 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch)
    • All Conference snacks
    • A Conference T-Shirt
    • All Conference Entertainment (for two evening events)
    • All Conference Material (in printed and electronic format)
LGS has arranged for a room block with the Omni at a discounted rate for all conference attendees.   In order to take advantage of this registration must be completed no later than June 30, 2018 through LGS.   No direct bookings will be accepted by Omni.

2 Registrations sharing hotel room                               $ 750.00
Spouse Registration                                                   $ 110.00
Conference Only Registration                                      $ 220.00

When Is It Happening
August 8th, 2018 - 6:00pm - 10:00pm (Welcome Reception Only)
August 9th, 2018 - 8:30am - 10:00pm (Conference and Evening Event)
August 10th, 2018 - 8:30am - 12:00pm (Conference)
Upon completing the conference registration online an invoice will be emailed containing detailed identification and payment information.   If you do not receive this information please contact our office at 1-877-481-4111 or submit a support ticket and Dana Atkins will assist you.  In order to guarantee your conference reservation please make arrangements to pay the invoice no later than July 15, 2018.

Cancellation Policy
  • A Full Refund will be given for cancellations made by June 15, 2018
  • A Partial Refund (Conference Fees, Less Room and Taxes) will begiven for cancellations made between June 15, 2018 and July 15, 2018
  • No Refund will be given for Cancellations made after July 15, 2018
